Thoreau Middle School (THM) is a 6th-8th grade school within the Gallup McKinley County School District. THM is located between Gallup, NM and Grants, NM, approximately 30 minutes away from both. The school is on the southeast edge of the Navajo Nation, with spectacular views of the surrounding red mesa, specifically Castle Rock. The staff and students of THM build positive relationships and interaction within our school and community.
